Nepal Association of Fine Arts (NAFA) was founded in 1965 and was affiliated with Royal Nepal Academy in 1977. It is dedicated to promoting and developing fine arts, paintings, sculptures and graphic arts in Nepal. NAFA office and Art Gallery are located in the NAFA building at Naxal, Kathmandu. The office building is situated at Naxal. The building has an exhibition hall, a library and a museum, besides rooms that are used for the development of arts. At present, there are thirteen art studios and one sculpture studio. These art studios provide space for emerging artists who do not have appropriate space at home. NAFA building is located in am compound of 22 ropanis of land.
